Pole Parties are a great idea for hens nights, birthdays or just a night in with the girls.

Pole parties are fantastic fun for women of all ages, shapes and sizes.

The following is what a pole party consists of....

• One or more poles are provided at each party. I give you and the girls a demonstration on what can be achieved on the pole with time and practice.
• A safe 10 min warm up will then be conducted for all participants followed by the instruction of approx 10 basic moves that are easy to learn and FUN!
• The moves learned will flow into a short routine for each participant to perform (if they wish) amidst the cheers and encouragement from the other girls!
• There are no rules to follow, just relax, have a play on the pole and have fun!

Price $25.00 per head with a minimum of 10 girls.

Pole Parties are held on the ground floor, beneath Steves Grill at the Tamar River Villas on the West Tamar Highway, Riverside.
